CCTV Camera Online Viewing Procedure

Download iVMS-4200 Software

Download the official Hikvision iVMS-4200 software from either of the links below:

• Hikvision official: www.hikvision.com/en/support/download/software/ivms4200-series
• Alternate (Google Drive): Drive link

Run the Installer

Double-click the downloaded file. In the iVMS-4200 Installation Wizard, tick "I agree to the terms in Software License Agreement" and click Next.

Select Features

Ensure the following features are selected (checked):

• Basic Configuration (508 MB)
• Video (59 MB)
• Access Control (27 MB)
• Time and Attendance (13 MB)
• E-map (13 MB)
• Data Retrieval and Report (13 MB)
• AI Dashboard (59 MB)
• Topology (11 MB)
• Broadcast (11 MB)
• Video Tracing (11 MB)

Installation folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\iVMS-4200 Site. Click Install.

Install

The software will install in about 2 minutes. The progress will show "Installing iVMS-4200 client... Start installing Nginx".

Finish Installation

Ensure "Create a Desktop Icon" and "Launch Client" are ticked. Click Finish.

Create Super User

On the Welcome screen, under "Please create a super user first", enter your desired:

• Super User Name
• Password
• Confirm Password

Click Log In.

Set Security Questions

On the Password Protection screen, select your security questions from the dropdowns (e.g., "In what city were you born?", "What is the name of your pri...", "What was your first job?"). Enter your answers and click Log In.

Select Country/Region

In the top-right corner of the iVMS-4200 interface, click the Country/Region dropdown and select India.

Log In with Registered Credentials

You will now be asked for a registered username and password. Enter the details below exactly as shown:

Tick "I Agree Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" and click Login.

Open Main View

Click the Main View icon in the iVMS-4200 interface.

Browse Branches & Cameras

On the left-side panel you will see a list of branches. Expand each folder to view our live-stream cameras.

Improve Visibility

For a better view:

• At the bottom-right corner, click the window-division icon.
• Select 36 to show 36 screens at once.

Start Live View

Hover the cursor over a screen area and select Live View.

Enter Stream Key (One Time)

When prompted, enter Stream Key: 123456 and click OK.

View Live Feed

The live video feed will begin streaming. To view a specific camera: choose the desired screen layout, select the required camera from the left panel, and click Live View.
